HANDOVER MANAGEMENT


Establishing protocols for the management of a development following its completion is an essential part of the Sulver process. Caretakers, cleaners and other management staff such as finance and security personnel are employed and service or maintenance providers appointed through competitive tender processes.

Mechanisms for collection of service charge and communication channels to all stakeholders are also established to ensure smooth running of the management company.

FINAL HANDOVER


As soon as a significant proportion of the purchasers have taken occupation of their property, representatives from the homeowners are appointed to replace Sulver through an election process.

At this stage the day to day management will have been in place for some time. A final handover package to the new representatives includes for example final legal documents, books of accounts and contracts with third party service providers.
