1. CONSTRUCTION SITE ASSISTANTS

_The successful candidate(s) will have outstanding organisational capabilities, experience in managing construction activities, a strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills, and must be able to evidence some form of technical education in a related field.

2. SITE HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER

_The successful candidate(s) will have experience in all health and safety construction related activities, a strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills, and must be able to evidence some form of relevant health and safety training

3. SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

_The successful candidate(s) will have outstanding marketing skills, experience in real estate sales, a strong work ethic, and good interpersonal skills. This sales role will be site based

4. INTERNSHIPS FOR STUDENTS AND YOUNG GRADUATES

_We periodically offer design and construction internships to students and young graduates seeking to gain practical experience. Internships last between 2 and 6 months with the possibility of longer term employment for exceptional candidates
_Design internships are largely office based working with our design and Projects team made up of Architects, Quantity Surveyors and associated Built Environment specialists
_Construction internships are site based and will involve working with a range of construction trades and understanding our construction process
